Below are a number of frequently asked questions from our customers, relating to delivery. You may also wish to browse our general FAQs.

I have ordered; when will you dispatch it to me?
For orders placed on a business day before 2pm, we aim to dispatch on the same day. For all other orders we aim to dispatch next business day.

So, when will I get my order?
We are very proud of our speedy service. You should receive your order within two business days. In fact, in most cases it is next-business-day. If there is likely to be a delay, we will let you know.

How will my goods arrive?
We always use a next-business-day delivery service for our dopplers (both rental and sale). Please note: A signature is required on delivery. For all other products, we will inform you of the method used in your order confirmation with an estimated delivery date.

How much is delivery?
Our standard delivery charge is just £3.95.
If one of the items ordered is a doppler, delivery will be £6.95.

Why the two prices?
We understand that customers ordering dopplers may be anxious to receive their goods. For this reason we always use a fast, fully traceable, signed-for service which carries extra insurance for dopplers (which is a little pricier). We also endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and we are very proud of our speedy track record!

Will I need to be in to receive my parcel?
For dopplers we always use a signed-for service so somebody will have to be in to receive it. If a signature is not required with your order, you will be notified in your order confirmation.

I won't be in to sign for my parcel; can you deliver to my work?
Yes! We are happy to deliver to an alternative address. You are given an option of entering a delivery address as well as a billing address at checkout. If you have specific requirements or have already ordered, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We are happy to accept orders from anywhere in the EU. We accept payment in Euros as well as Sterling.
Delivery charge to Europe is £11.99, with a £3 surcharge on orders including one or more dopplers.
We do not currently accept orders from outside the EU.
